As it is known, the APPLICATION PROCEDURES OF FOOD BUSINESSES TO GET APPROVAL TO THE MINISTRY OF FOOD, AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK Article 30 of the Veterinary Services, Plant Health, Food and Feed Law No. 5996: “For businesses that are subject to approval, approval from the Ministry is obligatory.” provision is included. Again, in article 4 of the same law titled definitions, Approval; It is defined as “permission or license given by the Ministry for activities and products whose approval is required within the scope of this Law”. With the Regulation on Registration and Approval Procedures of Food Businesses, which entered into force by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, published in the Official Gazette dated 17.12.2011 and numbered 28145, food businesses that are subject to approval were determined, and with the amendment published on 07.01.2014 in the said regulation, Special Hygiene for Animal Foods. From food businesses within the scope of the Regulations
1- GENERAL OPERATIONAL BUSINESSES
a) Independent cold stores that store animal foods whose storage conditions require temperature control
b) Independent establishments where animal food is repackaged
c) Places where animal food is wholesaled to food business operators
ç) Places where foods containing both plant and unprocessed animal products are produced

Food business operators who are subject to the above-mentioned registration and approval process; As Turkuaz Inspection and Certification, we complete all registration and approval procedures as soon as possible by our Food Engineers, who are experts in their fields, and provide services to the relevant companies.
